Purchasing Conditions
Any attempt to reduce the quality of the accounts with the sole intention of claiming the warranty will void the warranty.
Accounts used by anyone other than the purchaser will void the warranty.
Orders are non-refundable once the accounts have been delivered unless specified under the warranty conditions.
Any fraudulent activity related to the purchasing process will lead to the suspension of your account and legal action if necessary.
Warranty Conditions
All accounts provided are solely for the purchaser's use; they are unique and will not be resold.
Logging into any account using a third-party app, bot, or automation tool will void the warranty.
Any accounts with issues will receive one-to-one support, a partial refund, or a replacement in extreme cases. This decision is solely at the discretion of Lincoln Mails staff.
Clipped/disabled emails have an extended warranty of 30 days, providing staff support, a discount on your next order, a partial refund, or a replacement.
Changing the password and/or recovery email without prior approval from the Lincoln Mails Team will void the warranty.
Sending "Test Emails" from your personal email will void the warranty.
The purchaser is responsible for managing the warranty and contacting us for any claims regarding faulty accounts.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
Lincoln Mails is not responsible for any losses resulting from the misuse of accounts, including account bans due to policy violations of third-party services.
The warranty does not cover issues arising from changes in third-party platform policies or updates beyond Lincoln Mails' control.
General Terms
All of the above applies to a time frame of 30 days since the delivery of your order.
Lincoln Mails is in no way associated or affiliated with Google, Gmail, Microsoft, Outlook, Web.de, Yahoo, Apple, iCloud, etc.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of them.

Referral Program
1. Eligibility
Participation in the Lincoln Mails Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses. By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Commissions
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the total value of referred orders. Commissions are calculated based on the final purchase amount, excluding any refunds or chargebacks.
3. Payouts
Payouts are initiated upon the affiliate's request and processed within 30 business days.
Payments are made via USDT/USDC cryptocurrency, bank transfers, or credit cards.
To initiate a payout, the following information must be provided:

4. Tax Information
As a business entity, Lincoln Mails is required to report transactions. Affiliates must provide necessary legal and banking information to facilitate invoicing. This process is simplified by our team to ensure a smooth workflow. Payments are not subject to VAT.
5. Account Suspension
Lincoln Mails reserves the right to suspend any affiliate account and withhold payments for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, violation of these terms, or misuse of the affiliate program.
6. Program Changes
Lincoln Mails reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. Beta Program
The affiliate program is currently in beta. All applications are reviewed by our team within 1 to 48 hours.
